Folds of Honor, Red Wine, & Blue Wine Tasting

Folds of Honor exists to provide educational scholarships to families of fallen and wounded service members in the form of educational scholarships. The Kansas City Chapter was the first to spawn off of the national chapter back in 2011, and in 2019 they had a record year, bringing in $1.1M in just the Kansas City Chapter. All money earned goes to local scholarship recipients first, meaning they can make a larger impact in our local community, then if there is a surplus, they disperse it to National who then uses it based on where there is still a need available.

The Red, Wine & Blue wine tasting was an effort to bring together people who were not as familiar with Folds of Honor and the impact that it can have within our local community. They had over 40 wines, various food vendors who generously donated small bites, and a silent auction all in support of a very worthy cause. They were able to raise $17,495.05 thanks to the generous Patriots who attended the event, which is more than 3 scholarships.
