On November 23, the Kansas City Ballet Guild presented the Nutcracker Ball, charied by Peggy Beal, at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. Guests enjoyed a lively cocktail party, delicious cuisine, breathtaking decor by Larry Wheeler and Craig Sole Designs, music by Michael Beers Band and a performance by KC Ballet’s Second Company. Dr. Roger and Sandy Jackson served as honorary chairmen. Guild President John Walker and KC Ballet Executive Director Jeffrey J. Bentley presented the 2019 Pirouette Award to Sue Ann Fagerberg for her outstanding contribution to the performing arts.
