On Saturday, August 24, Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art celebrated the museum’s 25th anniversary with another phenomenal Summer Block Party. Visitors explored museum exhibitions, participated in art projects, played lawn games, danced and enjoyed a remarkable car show thanks to the Lowriders of Kansas City. At sundown the party concluded with an outdoor film screening of the 2017 Disney Pixar hit, Coco.
