In July we covered Dwight Tiller’s Perfect Day in KC and hinted that the chef had big plans involving the expansion of his family’s food truck Deez Nachos. The time has finally come – the KC native is taking his family’s loaded nacho business from wheels to brick-and-mortar.

Deez Nachos is located on the first floor of Parlor (1707 Locust St. KCMO), KC’s first food hall located in the Crossroads. The menu will feature several loaded nacho plates piled high with various toppings. The Monster Nacho comes with brisket, grilled chicken and pulled pork and is finished with barbecue sauce, ancho sauce and sour cream while the Taco Nacho is Mexican inspired with seasoned beef, pinto beans, charred salsa, sour cream, lettuce and onion.

Other menu items include jumbo smoked wings in a buffalo sauce that are fried to order, a chicken and bacon quesadilla and loaded tater tots.

The nacho vendor’s grand opening will take place on October 20 5PM-11PM.

Deez Nachos elevates their ingredients with house fried nacho chips and homemade charred salsa.

Deez Nachos is run by Tiller and his parents. The familly will continue to run the Deez Nachos food truck, announcing their appearances on Facebook and Instagram
