Prairie Village’s newest ice cream shop, Clementine’s, is finally open.
Taking over the former CHILL ice cream parlor, Clementine’s, a nationally recognized microcreamery known for handcrafted, small-batch flavors, has opened its doors (6966 Mission Rd, Prairie Village, KS). The grand opening took place today at noon, and featured freshly made ice cream served in waffle cones, along with sundaes, ice cream floats and more.
Clementine’s offers a wide range of flavors, from nostalgic classics to inventive seasonal creations. Their signature Gooey Butter Cake flavor is available at the new location, alongside favorites like maple bourbon pecan and coconut fudge. All flavors can be enjoyed in homemade waffle cones or bowls, with plenty of non‑dairy and allergy‑friendly options also available. Pints are offered for those who want to take the experience home.
Inside, the parlor features Parisian-inspired decor and cozy seating that combines classic ice cream parlor charm with a touch of Kansas City flair.
The Prairie Village shop marks Clementine’s first location outside St. Louis, where the brand currently operates seven stores. CHILL closed at the end of May.
