Wayside Waifs partnered with His & Her Fitness to host a family-friendly event to raise money for animals’ food, shelter and veterinary care. Fluff Your Pup featured a day full of doggy activities with a photo booth from Insta KC, music from DJ Ashton, a photoshoot with Kansas City magazine, and more. The event also held dog shows for best-dressed and best-groomed pups.
With the help of His & Her Fitness, over $5,000 was raised for the animals at Wayside Waifs. The event was a success for all, including members of the community and local vendors who were able to connect with one another in the space. Sydney’s Day Spa and Woof Gang Bakery supplied treat bags for contest winners, while Overland Park Awards donated metals.
