Here are the 13 best meal deals offered during KC Restaurant Week

The annual winter Restaurant Week in Kansas City starts this Friday, January 10 and goes until January 19. The promotion includes hundreds of restaurants throughout KC, with $35 dinners and $15 lunches and brunches. Don’t miss out on trying some of the best spots in town, on a budget!

The options can seem overwhelming, and popular restaurants have a tendency to book up well in advance. On top of that, not every Restaurant Week deal is as good as it seems. With so many great Winter Restaurant Week participating restaurants to consider, we’ve found some of the best dining deals. Make a reservation at one of these spots today!

Corvino Supper Club

Corvino will be serving a special menu where everyone can choose three dishes (two savory and one dessert) for $35 at dinner from January 10 to 19. There will be some dishes that are a little bit extra than the flat rate (such as the steak or whole fried chicken), but the menu as a whole will be a limited version of their standard menu highlighting some of their most popular dishes such as the seaweed donuts, cheeseburger, steak tartare, tostada, and fried chicken, among other dishes. Come enjoy live music, cool aesthetics, and absolutely incredible dishes at Corvino!

Affare

The regular three-course holiday meal is $72 at this modern German spot in the crossroads. For Restaurant Week, they have a three-course dinner meal for $35.

Eddie V’s

The Restaurant Week menu at Eddie V’s on the plaza offers a crab and corn chowder, an eight-ounce filet mignon with truffled mashed potatoes, and bananas foster butter cake for $35. This would normally be $67.

Webster HouseWebster House KC

Webster House, located inside a restored schoolhouse, is offering a three course tasting at dinner for $35.  This dinner would normally be approximately $56. Enjoy browsing in their European style shop and heading upstairs to dine in their award-winning restaurant. Can’t make it during Restaurant Week? Webster House is also having a “Webster Week” from January 20 to January 26, extending the Restaurant Week deals for those who can’t make it from January 10 to 19.

Capital Grille

Capital Grille on the plaza is serving a three course tasting menu for $35 at dinner. On a regular night, a soup or salad starter, an eight-ounce filet mignon, a side of mashed potatoes and a side of French beans with heirloom tomatoes, and a cheesecake from Capital Grille at dinner time would be over $80. During Restaurant Week, this is an amazing way to have a steak dinner with a date!

Fogo de Chao

Much like Porto Du Sol, Fogo de Chao is a Brazilian steakhouse that serves fresh, fire-roasted meats with tableside service. They are also offering 10 cuts of select prime meat, their market table (forty-plus staple Brazilian dishes) and their feijoada bar, traditional Brazilian side dishes served throughout the meal, and a dessert for $35. This is valid for dinner only during Restaurant Week.

The Ship

The Ship, a casual dining and cocktail lounge, is serving a three course tasting menu and a cocktail for $35 at dinner. Come enjoy live music, good eats, and delicious cocktails at this historic west bottoms spot from January 10 to 19.

Tannin Wine Bar

Enjoy a three course tasting for $35 at this wine bar in the crossroads for KC Restaurant Week. They normally serve a three-course pre-fixe for $45.

Novel

Novel, in the east crossroads of the art district, is offering a three-course tasting menu for $35 during Restaurant Week. For $35, you can get their beef short rib ravioli starter, their duroc pork chop entree, a side of fried cauliflower, and a pear streusel cake for $35. This would normally be $57!

Avenues Bistro

Avenues Bistro, located in the Brookside shopping area, will be serving three courses for $15 at lunch. Many lunch options only have two courses or have an add-on option. The lunch menu features eight different main European entree options, including filet medallions with frites, fish and chips, and lobster ravioli.

Garozzo’s

Garozzo’s is serving four different courses, in which you can pick three options at lunch. It’s the exact same as their dinner menu but for only $15! No matter what, definitely end the meal with one of their famous cannolis!

Trezo Mare

Trezo Mare is serving three courses for $15 at lunch. Choose between two choices of salad or fried calamari to start, four different options for the main course (including their salmon house special) and three delicious Italian desserts to choose from to end the meal.

Rye

Rye in Leawood and Rye on the Plaza are both participating in Restaurant Week. For $35 during dinner, you can get Rye’s house salad, their griddle-seared hanger steak with fries, greens, and chimichurri, and their daily pie selection. This would normally be $46 at dinner time.
