With the sun shining and temperatures rising, who wouldn’t want to be sipping on a cool, fruity drink at one of Kansas City’s summer time pop-up bars? We found several spots offering unique experiences along with unique cocktails.

Malibu Dream Bar

Enter the dazzling world of Barbie in an immersive pop-up bar filled with glitz and glamor. Enjoy playful cocktails like “Dollhouse Daiquiri,” “Fashionista Fizz,” and “PinkaColada.” Whether you’re a nostalgic Barbie fan or just seeking a fun, Instagrammable experience, there’s no doubt this place won’t disappoint. The Malibu Dream Bar is open to all ages Sunday-Friday, but just adults Friday and Saturday.
