Need to make last minute Easter brunch on dinner plans? Whether you’re looking to dine out or dine in, but skip the cooking part, look no further than the options below.

Dining Out

Pearl Tavern

The Lee’s Summit bar and grill, Pearl Tavern, specializes in seafood will be offering an Easter brunch and dinner menu. The brunch menu will feature items such as Maryland crab cakes, fish and chips, mac n’ cheese with a lobster velouté base, and a tavern boil including shrimp and crab legs. The dinner menu includes similar items along with a miso Chilean seabass, sea scallops, and chicken tenders for those who desire a non-seafood option. Reservations are strongly encouraged. 

Chaz on the plaza

Located in the Raphael Hotel, Chaz is offering a four-course Easter prix-fixe menu available for dine in on Sunday, April 9. The menu features a variety of options to curate the meal to your unique preferences, including Heirloom Tomato Panzanella, Pan-Seared Salmon, specialty Omelets, as well as Pound Cake with blueberry-lemon cream cheese, Raspberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Cake to finish the meal. The Capital Grille

The Capital Grille is offering chef-prepared brunch specials on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The menu will feature such lobster frittata with butter poached lobster tails, fourteen-ounce bone-in dry aged NY strip and eggs, eight ounce filet mignon with white cheddar hash browns and more. Third street social

Third Street Social’s Lee’s Summit and South Plaza locations are both serving Easter brunch and dinner menus. Brunch options include banana foster French toast, crab and shrimp stuffed salmon, chicken pot pie, and more. The dinner menu features a Hawaiian ribeye, chicken and spinach lasagna, and black angus beef filet. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood

Eddie V’s is offering a prix fixe three-course brunch menu on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. with live music starting at 4pm. Brunch menu items include a house-baked warm cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting, butter-poached Maine lobster quiche florentine, roasted avocado and jumbo lump crab on brioche toast, or the eight-ounce pan-seared steak and eggs with potatoes au gratin and gravy. Mimosas, Bloody Marys and Bellinis, are just a few brunch cocktail options. A la carte dinner options will be available along with a dedicated children’s brunch menu. Seasons 52

Seasons 52 is serving a la carte Easter brunch in the dining room from 10 a.m-2 p.m. Selections such as crab and cheddar quiche, upright French toast with bacon and wood-grilled shrimp and grits. Brunch cocktails include mimosas, sangrias, bloody marys, and rosé lemonade. Easter dinner options include apricot-glazed spiral ham with sweet potato mash and maple-pecan streusel, available for dine-in or to go.

For families dining at home, skip the cooking with the Easter Green Box To Go, serving four to six people with three courses. Each box includes a choice of apricot glazed spiral ham, cedar plank-roasted salmon or wood-grilled beef tenderloin, plus salad, two sides, and six mini indulgence desserts. Each Green Box will be chilled and ready for guests to warm at home. Green Box orders are available for pickup on Saturday, April 8 to warm and serve. Buca Di Bepo

The plaza based restaurant is offering Easter weekend to-go packages available for pick up, curbside or delivery between Friday, April 7, to Sunday, April 9. Four options of customizable catering packages will be offered, featuring fresh-baked bread, salads, pastas, Italian-style entrées and desserts. For those looking to dine-in, Buca di Beppo will be open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Easter Sunday, serving its menu of traditional Italian cuisine.

BRIO Italian Grille
