The Parker Hollow is a seafood driven restaurant that includes a raw bar. Fresh oysters, shrimp cocktails and seafood platters are featured on the small menu, along with a Wagyu burger.

La Fetta (14363 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS, lafettadeli.com)
There’s a new deli in town.
La Fetta offers a selection of Boar’s Head meats and serves over 20 ciabatta-style baguette sandwiches made with bread from Farm to Market Bread Co. The shop is owned by local husband-and-wife duo Adam and Kelly Bracco, who were inspired by a deli in Montana, Tagliare.
Sandwiches are named after popular bands and musical artists. For example, there is a turkey and proscuitto sandwich called Hall and Oats, and a roast beef and gorgonzola sammy called Blue Oyster Cult.
