Tex Mex Grilling Sauce (Chicken)
Tackle your next tailgate with Williams’ finger lickin’ Tex Mex Grilling Sauce! Your watch party buddies won’t be able to get enough.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar, or more to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 pkg. Williams Taco Seasoning, any flavor
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook, over low heat, stirring frequently for 15 minutes.
Brush any cut of chicken, pork or beef generously with the sauce during the last 5-10 minutes of regular grilling or cooking time.
Store leftover sauce in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 pkg. Williams Original Spicy Wing Seasoning
1 jar chili sauce, 12 oz
1 jar grape jelly, 18 oz
1/2 cup mild salsa
1/3 cup ketchup
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ground beef, eggs and Williams Original Spicy Wing Seasoning. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in shallow baking pans. Bake in preheated 400° F oven for 15 minutes or until done. Drain.
In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth. Add meatballs to sauce and stir gently to coat with sauce. Serve warm.

Nothing pairs better with Williams Baked Nacho Casserole than an NFL Football game! Feed the whole crowd with this tasty tailgating snack.
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1 pkg Williams Taco Seasoning, any flavor
1 can refried beans (16 ounces)
8 to 9 oz corn tortilla chips, slightly crushed
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
Toppings as desired
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Move oven rack to a lower position. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating.
Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in Williams Taco Seasoning and cook, stirring frequently, about 1 minute. Stir in refried beans and cook, stirring frequently, until beans are hot.
Arrange tortilla chips evenly in prepared baking dish. Dollop spoonfuls of beef and bean mixture over chips. Sprinkle shredded cheese over chips, then drizzle with tomato sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes or until hot. Top, as desired, with toppings such as pickled jalapenos, diced tomatoes, sour cream, fresh chopped onion, sliced green onions or guacamole
