The Michelin-decorated British chef best known as the star of Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares is opening a restaurant in Kansas City.

Gordon Ramsay Steak will launch in November at Harrah’s North Kansas City, making it the first Midwest location in a family of five in Las Vegas, three on the East Coast and one in Dubai. Ramsay and Caesar’s Entertainment have had a relationship since 2012, when the first Gordon Ramsay Restaurant opened at Paris Las Vegas. Ramsey’s Restaurants are serious culinary operations: His Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, has three Michelin stars, something only 133 restaurants in the world can boast.

“I can’t wait to bring this incredible steakhouse to the heart of America and there’s no better place than Kansas City,” Ramsay was quoted as saying in a press release. “I can’t wait to see you all.”

While the menu will feature classics like Beef Wellington and seared Hudson Valley foie gras, the restaurant says that some dishes will nod to Kansas City barbecue. Menu features will also include local wines and produce from area growers.

“We are thrilled to team up with internationally-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay to bring his world-class menu to our guests and the Midwest,” says Darren VanDover of Harrah’s North Kansas City was quoted as saying. “With Chef Ramsay’s passion and attention to detail we are sure this new restaurant offering will excite our returning guests and provide a compelling reason for first-time customers, in and around Kansas City, to visit our wonderful property.”
