Over the past few months, we’ve spent a lot of crawling the city to assemble our taco issue, sampling hundreds to settle on thirty-five essentials.
On Friday morning, Kansas City magazine associate editor Nicole Bradley popped by Fox 4’s morning show to chat about five tacos from the list with anchors Nick Vasos and Abby Eden.
Among the tips Bradley shared during the segment are her advice to take it easy with the salsas at San Antonio until you’re sure you’re ready for the spice, and your opportunity to try the life-changing conchinita pibil at Lalo’s The Corner Kitchen in Mission right now during the city’s first-ever Restaurant Week.
