In wake of Kansas City restaurant dining rooms going quiet amid the coronavirus pandemic, downtown Overland Park’s brand new food hall Strang Hall has announced that they will be shutting their doors for now.
The thirteen thousand square feet food hall in downtown Overland Park made the announcement on their Facebook and Instagram today and updated their website: “Unfortunately at this time, we’re shutting down our dining room and online ordering. We can’t wait to serve you amazing food when we all emerge from these strange times. Be safe!”
This announcement comes five days after the food hall announced that it would close the dining room to prepare for online ordering and curbside carry out, specifically family-style meals to feed four-six people.
Strang Hall has eight dining counters: Basabasa, Anousone, Nida, Norcini, Solstice, Fond, Bar and Marcell Coffee. Kansas City‘s food critic reviewed every dining concept at Strang Hall in our March issue.
